Our Commitment
- To provide assistance to residents unable to physically present their bins for collection
What is covered
- We provide a free pull out service to residents physically unable to present their bins for collection i.e. older people, disabled, or those with a recognised medical condition
What is not covered
- The service is not available if there are other members of the household able to present the bin(s)
How you can help us
Please notify us if you require this service including a note from either your Doctor, Carer or Social Services. Alternatively a site visit can be arranged with a Council Officer
