How you can help us
- Bins should be presented by 7.00 a.m. on your day of collection with the handle facing the road. Failure to meet this requirement may result in your waste not being collected.
Bins should be placed either:
- If your property fronts onto a road, adjacent to the pavement or in an easily available position in your garden not more than 1 metre from the pavement or;
- If your property does not front onto a road, adjacent to the pavement alongside the nearest road that is accessible to a refuse collection vehicle.
- If you experience difficulties meeting these requirements please refer the Assisted Collection Service for further details
- Please ensure bin lids are closed and that the bin is not overweight i.e. no turf, bricks, soil or rubble
