Representations And Reviews
Representations and Reviews
The Licensing Act 2003
allows authorised persons, interested parties and responsible authorities to make representations about a new or a variation application in respect of a Premises Licence. Representations must be made in writing by the date shown on the notice or in the newspaper advertisement. You can also see who has applied for a new premises licence or to vary an existing licence by looking on the licence variation requests page.
If a premises holds a licence, a review of the licence may be requested by authorised persons, interested parties and responsible authorities. A review can be requested at any time.
Representations and reviews must relate to the licensing objectives and must not be frivolous or vexatious.
