Late Night Refreshment

End of Late Night Refreshment Licences

Late Night Refreshment licensing ended on 24th November 2005 and was replaced by the Licensing Act 2003. If you wish to provide the sale of hot food or drinks between 11 pm and 5 am the following morning for consumption on or off the premises you will need a premises licence from us.
