From highway maintenance and car parking to Poole's new harbour crossing and cycling around the town, our Transportation Services work across the local area to reduce congestion and pollution.

In partnership with Bournemouth and Dorset councils, Poole encourages sensible car use and promotes bus services, cycling and walking to limit the effects of traffic on our environment. Joint proposals for tackling transportation issues are set out in the Local Transport Plan.
