The local area provides one of the most desirable locations in the UK with excellent links into the motorway networks and trains to London in under two hours.  The "Twin Sails" bridge and waterfront regeneration project, is set to unlock exciting opportunities for employment, homes and public open space with up to £1 billiion of investment.
