Remodelling is a structured process which helps schools implement on-going change and embrace wider workforce reforms. The process was first used to help schools implement the National Agreement.
Schools are now focused on sustaining workforce reforms by bringing together the whole school staff to work as an effective team to deliver real benefits to pupils.
