Planning Appeals

If your planning application is refused or hasn't been determined by the Council within the target date, you have the right to appeal to an Inspector appointed by the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) link will open in new window (formerly the ODPM).

Planning are responsible for most of the administrative arrangements for such appeals. For further information contact us on (01202) 633309 or planning@poole.gov.uk. NB. To view documents relating to an individual appeal follow the link to the Planning Applications link will open in new window and search for it by planning application number.
