Local Plan

• Local Plan First Alteration - Adopted March 2004
• Local Development Framework

The Poole Local Plan First Alteration was adopted on 30th March 2004 and sets out policies and proposals for the development of land in Poole for the period 2001-2011. The Plan supersedes the previous Poole Local Plan which was adopted in 1998.

An ‘interactive’ version of the Plan and proposals map is now available.

The Poole Local Plan (including Proposals Map) may be purchased for £30. The Proposals Map may also be purchased separately by contacting our Planning Officer at a charge of £5.

These documents can also be viewed at Strategic Planning Service’s Reception, Civic Centre, Poole - (Opening Hours - 8:30am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:45pm on Fridays).
