Financial Monitoring
In response to the financial aspects of Corporate Governance, the Council has a thorough process of Corporate Financial Monitoring which is reported to Cabinet every month. The process is designed to introduce clearer and more effective reporting procedures.
Produced monthly throughout the year, the reports are designed around the six portfolio's of the council.
