All books can be renewed in person, over the telephone or online for a maximum of 10 times (this will take you to the catalogue - click on 'My account' to renew library items). After this, we will need to see the books and will ask you to bring them back.
You can even renew your books en route in Poole Bus Station. Use your library card number and PIN to renew your books online via the Poole Bus Station Route Planner - any time of day or night!
DVDs, videos, and CDs can’t be renewed, but if you keep them longer than the original hire period you can pay the extra hire charge when you bring them back.
Fax and postal renewals are acceptable, but will not be acknowledged. Email is also fine. Please be sure to quote your ticket number if you write to us.
If your book is reserved for someone else, we will renew it for you for a week to give you chance to get it back to us.
