The Poole Workforce Agreement Monitoring Group
The Poole Workforce Agereement Monitoring Group (PWAMG) is a local social partnership representing the Borough of Poole and school workforce unions. It meets termly to ensure delivery of the wider workforce reforms by supporting schools and monitoring progress.
In line with the national Workforce Agreement Monitoring Group (WAMG), PWAMG is committed to the cultural change that will raise the status and profefssionalism of teachers, create new opportunities and greater recognition of support staff and help schools organise themselves so as to produce better outcomes for children.
