At a local level the Localities and Childcare Team are responsible for tailoring recruitment campaigns for local needs. Poole’s commitment is to:

  • Schedule local press campaigns targeted at childcare careers.
  • Promote childcare careers to underrepresented groups.
  • Work with local community services to raise awareness in this sector.
  • Devise publicity campaigns to support local recruitment initiatives.
