Through working in partnership nationally with leading insurance companies, we are able to provide access to market leading warranty schemes:
- Masterbond
a warranty for domestic building projects, provided in conjunction with the Federation of Master Builders; - A new homes warranty provided in partnership with a leading Insurance Company; and
- Latent Defects Insurance for commercial properties, known as Latent Gold in partnership with leading warranty brokers, Bland Bankart backed by Alliance Cornhill, one of the world's largest insurers.
These products are a testament to the confidence in the Local Authority Building Control Service by leading organisations.

The types of developments for which cover can be arranged are:
- Speculatively built residential housing;
- Social housing; and
- Self builds.
LABC New Home Warranty caters for conversion, new build and mixed use developments. Working alongside the local authority surveyor, additional audits are undertaken to ensure that the highest possible standards are achieved.
LABC Social Housing Warranty provides for the cost of complete, partial rebuilding or rectifying work to the new development which has been affected by major damage. LABC Self Build Warranty has been designed specifically for individuals building their own homes and applies to both new build and conversions. LABC New Home Warranty is administered by MD Insurance Services Limited.
