Please allow time for your enquiry to be dealt with fully during office hours.
The public counter is open from
- 8:30 a.m - 5.15 p.m Monday to Thursday
- 8:30 a.m - 4.45 p.m Friday
If you are applying for these benefits it would be advisable to provide all required documentary evidence at the time of applying, if possible. See page 31 of the application form for details. This may help speed up the claim process
