Council Tax - Notification Moving
You can use this application form if you are moving into the Borough of Poole for the first time or if you are moving within the Borough of Poole. This form will allow us to calculate your correct Council Tax liability.
We will respond within 10 working days of receiving a completed form.
The application form is available in two forms:
- a pdf version to print off, complete and return to us in the post, or
- a Word version to download, type into, save and email back to us at:
financialservices@poole.gov.uk
If you would like to pay for your Council Tax by either monthly, half yearly or annual Direct Debit then please also complete and return the Direct Debit form.
