Amusement with prizes (AWP) Licence Application
Under the Gaming Act 1968, a permit is needed for premises that provide amusements with prizes by way of machines.
The application form is available in 2 forms -
- a pdf version to print off and complete or
- a Word version to download and type into which allows you to keep an electronic copy.
The fees involved with these applications are:
- All cash machines - £250.00
- Permits for Amusements with Prizes - £32.00
