Early Years - Application For Funding For Training

Childcare training is administered by Children and Young People's Strategy, Quality and Improvement on behalf of the Localities and Childcare Team.

The Training Application Form is to be completed by childcare workers who are currently working in a Poole setting and registered childminders.

To access any funding you need to complete the application form and return it to us.

If you are working in a setting, sign the form and ask your setting manager to sign before returning to us at the address below.

We are unable to accept this form by email because it must have a signature. Please print the form, sign it and return it to the address below.
