Blue Badge
The Blue Badge Scheme provides a national arrangement of parking concessions for:
- Children under the age of two who, due to a specific medical condition, need to travel with bulky medical equipment and/or be close to a vehicle for emergency medical treatment
- People with severe walking difficulties travelling as drivers or passengers
- Registered blind people
- People with severe upper limb disabilities who regularly drive a vehicle but cannot turn a steering wheel by hand, or have considerable difficulty operating all or some types of parking meters.
