Petroleum Part III (driver controlled deliveries) licence application form.
The petroleum licensing authority is Borough of Poole who are responsible for ensuring safety at sites where petrol is delivered, stored and dispensed. The Petroleum Storage Licence Application form for Petrol Stations in the Poole Area is also available.
Petrol filling stations may apply for Part III Drivers licences as required by the Road Traffic (Carriage of Dangerous Substances in Road Tankers and Tank Containers) Regulations 1992.
