Nursery School Placement Application
This form can be used when you are applying for a Maintained Nursery Unit/School place.
It is recommended that you visit the Maintained Nursery Unit/School prior to completing your application.
If a place is available, you will receive an offer letter from Pupil & Parent Support.
Transfer to the Reception Class will be in accordance with the Borough's Admission Policy for Community and Controlled Schools.
Admission to the Nursery Unit/School does not constitute an automatic right of entry to the nearest School.
