School Admissions - School Place In Year Entry
If you want to move your child to another School or are moving into the area, use this form to request a place at the School of interest to you.
You will need to supply either:
- a copy of your solicitor’s letter confirming exchange of contracts with completion date,
- a tenancy agreement or
- a Council Tax bill if you are new to the area.
