New Provider Staff Training
The Supporting People team feel it be would be useful to offer providers a half day training session on a half yearly basis for all new staff employed and paid for from the Supporting People budget. At the training event we will give an introduction to Supporting People and what Supporting People looks for in terms of quality of service provision/best value/strategic relevance etc.

Poole Provider Forum
Providers of Supporting People funded support services in Poole have been invited to join the Poole Provider Forum. The Forum meets regularly to share information and good practice, promote high quality, help with the development of local policies and strategies and consider cross-authority provision, as well as regional and national Supporting People developments and trends. Meetings are held quarterly and if you would like a copy of the minutes or have any items for discussion please contact the Supporting People team who will pass on your request.
