Alertacall Wellbeing Conformation System
Alertacall is a unique service that actively confirms your safety everyday. This system can check that you are ‘up and about’ and that you have got home safely everyday. If Alertacall cannot confirm your safety by an agreed time each day, the service will telephone up to three different people who you have chosen to let them know. Alertacall is easy to use, there is no complicated equipment and you can be up and running quickly.
The Alertacall Service is available for 24 months at no charge to a number of eligible people on a first-come, first-served basis. A decision will be made by Borough of Poole at the end of the initial 24 months as to whether to extend the pilot and your use of the Alertacall service at no charge.
