Details required for the 'Better Off in Work' calculation which will need to be provided for your In Work Benefit check carried out by JobCenre Plus. Call 01202 333000 to arrange.
- Your name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number.
- Name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number of partner.
- Names and dates of birth of all children in the household.
- Are any children registered blind or in receipt of Disabled Living Allowance (DLA)?
- Names and dates of birth and National Insurance numbers of any other person in the household.
- Details of any benefits claimed by anyone in the household (amounts, frequency of payment, etc.).
- Type of accommodation (e.g. tenant, owner occupier, hostel, boarding house, etc.).
- Amount of full rent payable for accommodation or amount of mortgage (amount first borrowed and amount outstanding).
- Amount of annual Council Tax charged for the property.
- Details of any job held by you (hours worked, hourly wage rate, how often paid).
- Details of any job held by partner (hours worked, hourly wage rate, how often paid).
- Details of all jobs held by any other people in the household (hours worked, hourly wage rate, how often paid).
- Details of any other income coming into the household (amount and frequency of payment).
- Details of salary/wages for the last full financial year (April to March) for yourself and partner.
