Sea View Day Centre Room Hire
Sea View Centre is open for people with Learning Disabilities between the hours of 8.45 and 16.30 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we are able to offer the Centre for hire to other groups.
Evening and weekend rooms available for hire
Sports Hall (no equipment provided) - available:
Monday and Saturday 4.30pm onwards
Tuesday 7.45pm onwards
Sunday all day
Facilities available
Lounge area
Adjacent to the sports hall with seating for up to 30 people.
Equipment
A kettle and cups can be provided.
Parking
Parking spaces are available for 28+ vehicles.
Toilets
Male and female toilets are available with access and facilities for wheelchair users.
Cost
Borough of Poole groups and Community Support groups: Free
Registered Charities: £2.94 per hour (Economy Rate)
All other groups: £10.10 per hour (Commercial Rate)
How to book
The person hiring the facilities must make known to the centre the function that the room/s will be used for and agree to the conditions and guidelines for use of premises.
You can download the Hire of Day Centre Premises Application Form.
Subject to acceptance of your application, you will then receive confirmation of your booking from the individual Day Centre and an invitation to visit the premises to view the facilities, at which time arrangements can be made for collection and return of keys.
At this stage you will need to provide sight of your Public Liability Insurance and to sign the hire agreement.
An invoice will be sent to you with full details of how to pay online, by post or in person.
